Amlah Iran Mining Company

Amlah Iran Mining Company was established in 1984 aiming to explore, extract, and process industrial salts, particularly sodium sulfate and sodium chloride. The company was listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange in 1996 and became a public joint stock company. This company is one of the members of the Iranian Association of Refined Salt Producers.
The company currently features an integrated management system (IMS) including
• ISO 9001: 2008 in quality management,
• ISO 14001: 2004 in environmental management, and
• ISO 18001: 2007 in occupational safety and health management
from ACS UK in both Garmsar and Arak Complexes.
Amlah Iran Mining Company also holds a food safety and health certificate (HACCP, ISO 22000: 2005) from ACS UK.

History of the company

In 2006, Amlah Iran Mining Company was recognized by the Ministry of Industries and Mines as a distinguished industrial company, and in 2007 and 2009 by the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI) as a distinguished high-quality company in Iran.
This company currently holds an Iranian Laboratory Certificate of Accreditation in various tests of sodium salt and sulfate approved by the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI).
